Terms of Service
Effective July 21, 2026. These Terms govern your access to and use of MarketPilot, operated by [Your Company / Legal Entity]. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
The service
MarketPilot lets agencies and businesses analyze websites, measure SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) readiness, compare against competitors, manage keywords and tasks, and generate AI content such as recommendations, briefs, reports, and client proposals. Features may change over time.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: use MarketPilot for any unlawful purpose; analyze or crawl websites you do not own or lack authorization or a lawful basis to analyze; infringe others’ intellectual property or privacy; attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service; resell or provide access to the service except as permitted by your plan; or upload malware or unlawful content. You are solely responsible for the sites, competitors, and data you add and for having the rights to do so.
Your content and data
You retain ownership of the data and content you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the service to you, including sending it to the AI and analytics providers described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for Your Content and for any client or prospect information you add, including obtaining any necessary consents.
AI-generated output
Analyses, scores, recommendations, keywords, briefs, reports, and proposals are generated with AI and automated tooling. They may contain errors or omissions and are provided for your judgment and review. MarketPilot does not guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic, lead, revenue, or business outcome. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any output, including proposals and pricing you send to your own clients.
Third-party services
The service integrates with third-party services (including cloud infrastructure, AI providers, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and others). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the third party’s terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
Fees
Access to paid plans, if any, is subject to the fees and billing terms presented to you at sign-up or in your plan. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change plans and pricing on reasonable notice.
Intellectual property
MarketPilot, including its software, design, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce specific results.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketPilot and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MarketPilot from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law — including claims related to sites or data you analyzed without authorization.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or other users. Upon termination your right to use the service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in [Jurisdiction], unless otherwise required by law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date; your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
